Single Point Mooring Line

SPM ropes are made of round double braid structure, which is an innovative design with higher strength, better abrasion resistance and longer service life than traditional ropes.

 Both ends of the rope have a metal eye ring with a metal ferrule, the rope itself around the ferrule needs to add a layer of polyester sheath (thickness of the sheath should not be less than 6 millimeters), and then a layer of urethane glue is coated on the outer layer of the rope to increase the abrasion-resistant property of the cable. The rope is 25 feet away from the ring to start adding floating tube, the number of floating tube must comply with the specified requirements.

Construction: load-bearing cores with a protective cover of polyamide.

Approx. Spec. Density 1.14 non floating.

Melting Point: 215℃ .

Temperature resistance: 80℃ max

Chemical resistance: Reasonable; acids, oxidisers & solvents will affect nylon.

Dry & wet conditions: Wet strength 土5% lower than dry strength.
